Experience and Work Philosophy
With more than 20 years of experience on the football pitch and futsal court, Edegelson began his journey in the sport at a young age. At 18, he had to put his dream of becoming a professional footballer on hold due to injury, as well as a lack of opportunities, guidance, and visibility at the time.
That defining moment in his life became the driving force behind his career as a coach: to ensure that today’s young athletes have the guidance, support, and access to opportunities that he himself did not have in the past.
